How to use

Cold therapy:

Perfect for relieving tension and headaches, and for reviving tired eyes in the morning.

• Remove the outer cover and place the inner pillow in a sealable bag
• Chill in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes
• Put the outer cover back on
• Place over your eyes and allow the cooling sensation to help soothe tension and refresh tired eyes

Hot therapy:

Perfect for use during yoga, to relieve eye strain, or before bed to encourage relaxation and a more restful night's sleep. The pillow can also be used on the back of the neck to help ease any tension.

• Remove the outer cover and heat the inner pillow in the microwave for 30-40 seconds at 800-1000W
• It should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Do not overheat - always test the temperature before use
• Put the outer cover back on
• Place over your eyes and allow the gentle warmth, light pressure, and calming aromas of lavender and chamomile to soothe and relax

Care instructions

• The outer cover can be machine washed at 30°C or hand washed, then air dried and ironed
• The filled inner pillow can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth, but do not immerse in water
• The pillow provides a long-lasting scent; however, if the aroma begins to fade, gently plump up the pillow to help reactivate the lavender and chamomile. You can also add a few drops of your favourite essential oils directly to the surface of the inner pillow
• When not in use, store the pillow in a dry place in a sealed bag or container to help keep it fresh and scented
