Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Holme & Moss.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return any item within 28 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging. Fabric returns must be in perfect condition, unused and uncut.

Please note: For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, unless they are faulty. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


UK returns 

A return charge of £3 per parcel applies to all UK returns, which will be deducted from your refund. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.

How to return your order
  • Log in to your account via the profile icon (top right) or click here
    • Enter your email address, and click 'Continue'
    • Copy the six-digit code sent to your email and enter it on our site
  • Select 'Request return' on the order you wish to return
    • Choose the item(s), select a reason, and add a note
    • Click 'Request return'
  • Once we've approved your request, we’ll email you a tracked pre-paid returns label
  • Return the item(s), and we'll process your refund once received

International returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning items from outside the UK. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Refunds
  • Returns are usually processed on the day we receive them, but please allow up to 3 working days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund (some may take longer)
  • The return charge of £3 per parcel applies to all UK returns, which will be deducted from your refund
  • Original delivery charges will not be refunded

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at hello@holmeandmoss.com with your order number and the details of the fault. We will be in touch with next steps.
