We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Holme & Moss.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return any item within 21 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging.

How to return your order
  • Please email us at hello@holmeandmoss.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and let us know the item you wish to return

  • Pack your item with all the original packaging

  • Post your return to: Holme & Moss, 1 Dam Head, Holmbridge, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND, HD9 2PB

  • You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. We recommend you return your item via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit

  • Retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have returned

    Please note: For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, unless they are faulty. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    International returns

    Please follow the instructions above and return your item within 28 days of receipt. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for a refund are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refunds
    • We will endeavor to process your return on the day we receive your parcel, however, under some circumstances this could take up to 3 working days

    • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment

    • Please allow up to 5 days for your debit/credit card to be credited. Please note that some banks may take longer

    • Original delivery charges will not be refunded

      Faulty items

      If the item you have received is faulty please contact us at hello@holmeandmoss.com with your order number and the nature of the fault. We will be in touch to advise on what to do next.
