Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Holme & Moss.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return any item within 28 days of receipt, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging. Fabric returns must be in perfect condition, unused and uncut.

How to return your order
  • Click the profile icon in the top right or click https://account.holmeandmoss.com
  • Log in to your account
    • In the 'Email' field, enter your email address, and then click 'Continue'
    • In your email account, open the email sent from Holme & Moss and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
    • Go back to our website, and enter the six-digit verification code
  • Click 'Request return' for the order that you want to submit the return for
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
  • Select a return reason and add a note
  • Click 'Request return'
  • Your return request will be sent to us, then once approved we'll email you with shipping instructions
  • After the product is returned, we'll process your refund

Please note: For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, unless they are faulty. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


International returns

Follow the instructions above and return your item within 28 days of receipt. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for a refund are your responsibility.

  • We recommend you return your item via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit

  • Retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have returned


Refunds
  • We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive it, however, under some circumstances this could take up to 3 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment

  • Please allow up to 5 days for your debit/credit card to be credited. Please note that some banks may take longer

  • Original delivery charges will not be refunded


      Faulty items

      If the item you have received is faulty please contact us at hello@holmeandmoss.com with your order number and the nature of the fault. We will be in touch to advise on what to do next.
